You need an account, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

One account per person. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put into your profile and documents.

You own everything you create here — resumes, cover letters, portfolio content and answers. You grant us only the permission needed to store that content, show it back to you, and process it to deliver the feature you asked for. Publishing a portfolio additionally makes that content publicly readable, which is the point of publishing it.

AI-generated content is a draft, not advice. It can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken. Verify anything that affects a real decision, and read every generated resume and cover letter before you send it.

Scores — ATS, interview and assessment — are indicative signals to help you improve. They are not a prediction of whether you will be hired, and no employer sees them.

Never submit an application containing a claim you cannot support. Where information is missing the AI leaves a marked placeholder rather than inventing a fact; filling those in truthfully is your responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your experience.
• Attempt to break, overload or circumvent the rate limits and plan quotas.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute the roadmap and learning content.
• Upload content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Use the service to generate material intended to deceive an employer.

We may suspend accounts that do these things, and will tell you why when we do.

The free plan is genuinely free and requires no card. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and lift the monthly limits on AI generations. Cancel any time — you keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free plan with all of your content intact.

Quotas reset on the first of each month. Reaching a limit pauses that specific feature; it never hides or downgrades work you have already created.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features that depend on third parties — the AI provider, email delivery, OAuth sign-in — can be unavailable for reasons outside our control. Where an AI request fails, it does not consume your monthly allowance.

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your content as described in the privacy policy. We may end the agreement if these terms are broken, or if we stop operating the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your work.

Career Launch is a preparation tool. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, for decisions you make based on AI output, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
