People apply to sixty roles with one resume and hear nothing back. They cannot tell whether the problem is the resume, the roles, or the gap between the two — because nothing in the process gives them a straight answer.

Generic advice does not close that gap. "Tailor your resume" is true and useless. What helps is knowing which specific bullet is weak, which keyword the posting expects, and which of your existing skills actually transfers.
